Documents for Cuba

Manchester Speak assists individuals and businesses preparing UK documents for use in Cuba. Cuba does not accept a Hague Apostille alone — documents must also be legalised by the Cuban Embassy before they will be accepted.

Many documents intended for Cuba require:

1. FCDO legalisation

   A Hague Apostille issued by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.

2. Cuban Embassy legalisation

   Authentication of the document by the Cuban Embassy.

3. Official Spanish translation

   Translation of the document into Spanish.

4. Legalisation of the translation

   Cuban Embassy legalisation of the official Spanish translation, where required.
